Installation Information

If you are booking a wig installation, please select Store Pickup at checkout. Your wig will be prepared and kept at the salon for your appointment date.

Care and Longevity

With proper maintenance, your CHANEL Wig can last 3–4 years or more. We recommend using sulphate-free products, applying heat protection before styling, and storing the wig correctly to maintain both colour and hair quality.

Processing and Lead Time

As each CHANEL Wig is custom made and hand-coloured, please allow up to 15 business days for processing, excluding shipping.

Returns and Hygiene Policy

Due to the bespoke and limited edition nature of this product, all sales are final.

For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every CHANEL Wig is individually coloured by a professional colour specialist. Due to the bespoke colouring process, slight tonal variations make each unit completely unique.
