Shipping policy

BLACK FRIDAY - NEW YEARS

Due to the high volume of orders taken during our sale period there is an extended processing time. This means that it can take up to 14 working days for your order to be shipped. We take our time with shipping orders to ensure you’re still receiving our best quality service, at a discounted rate. All wigs will still be shipped via Royal Mail Special delivery service, so once your order has been dispatched expect to receive it the next working day by 1pm. 

UK SHIPPING

• EXPRESS - £2.99 (1-3 business days *hair products only*) 
• All parcels are sent using a Royal-Mail tracked service, a tracking number will be sent out once your order has been dispatched.
• For all hair products, i.e. bonnets, shipping is expected to take 1-3 working days after your order has been processed
• For all hair orders, our standard processing time is 3-9 working days, depending on the unit and when your order is placed. (For express services please email us)
• EXPRESS WIG SERVICE - £15 extra. Please contact us for this service. 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

• STANDARD - £8.99 (7-15 business days)
• We currently ship to most countries worldwide at an affordable cost.
• If you are purchasing a wig unit, please note our processing time is 3-9 working days before your order has been dispatched.
• Tracking numbers are sent out once your order has been fulfilled, please contact our Courier if there are any issues after that.
