For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wig came well packaged, the hair is so easy to wear and manage fits very well a cute bob for every day wear. Only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating is because there was a long piece at the back of the wig that wasn’t cut however I cut it myself with no issue :)
